Seasonal/Temporary Shift Supervisor

Seasonal/Temporary Shift Supervisor responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, opening and closing procedures, coaching and developing the team, maintaining brand standards, ensuring regulatory compliance with state regulations, adhering to SOPs, managing inventory, resolving patient/customer issues, and upholding confidentiality. Requires strong communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to operate basic retail equipment; must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks. Scheduling includes up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays; employment period capped at 6 months. High school diploma required; prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus; in-store role with no remote work.
