Job Summary
Deliver a welcoming, energetic customer experience using the Party model by engaging guests, identifying needs, and recommending products. Execute merchandising tasks including folding, hanging, and replenishment while maintaining clean, organized fixtures and back-of-house areas. Complete assigned operational tasks accurately on time, following loss prevention and safety guidelines, and report shortages or concerns to leadership. Contribute to daily sales goals through service behaviors and support promotions, launches, and event execution. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment representing the Rally House brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb ladders

- Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail
