Job Summary
Deliver the Saje Experience by authentically connecting with customers through product demos, deep education, and tailored recommendations to drive awareness and build baskets. Execute GPOP strategies inside and outside the store to demonstrate products and support health habits. Achieve commercial goals by generating revenue, meeting KPIs for conversion and loyalty growth, and completing assigned visual merchandising and operations tasks. Maintain a positive, inclusive team environment while working flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during the November 15–January 15 blackout period.
Required Qualifications
- You're comfortable working in a scented environment.
- You have a high school diploma.
- You are available during the vacation black out period between November 15-January 15.
- You are able to have a flexible work schedule with availability on mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

- You confidently make bold, strategic recommendations that drive product sales and consistently increase basket size.
- You excel at identifying opportunities to upsell (try-3 products), creating compelling product recommendations across product categories that maximize Community Member satisfaction and boost overall sales performance.
- You bring a competitive drive balanced with a positive, team oriented attitude.
- You have a proven track record of driving results, achieving KPIs and inspiring team success.
- Above all, you're passionate about your own wellness journey and believe in the superpower of plants.
