Job Summary
Seasonal associate at Family Farm and Home provides outstanding customer service, assists with product merchandising, handles register duties, supports store management, assists with BOPIS orders, and helps with store closing. Must communicate effectively, learn product knowledge, maintain store cleanliness and safety, participate in promotions, and contribute to a positive team environment. Requires flexibility (weekends, evenings, holidays), ability to stand for extended periods, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; prior basic computer skills and a customer-focused mindset are needed.
