Job Summary
Seasonal associate at Family Farm and Home responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, and store-support tasks. The role includes assisting customers, operating the register, supporting BOPIS fulfillment, participating in promotions, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and aiding store management as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays) and thrive in a team environment while also working independently. Requires basic computer familiarity and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- Strong team player yet able to work independently with minimal supervision
