Job Summary
Authentically connect with customers to deliver the Saje Experience through personalized product demos, deep education, and tailored recommendations. Drive business results by achieving key KPIs including revenue, comp growth, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth. Execute assigned tasks such as visual merchandising, operations, and development while maintaining a positive, inclusive team environment. Work flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including the vacation blackout period from November 15 to January 15. Requires a high school diploma and comfort working in a scented environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're comfortable working in a scented environment.
- You have a natural ability to build genuine relationships through strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening.
- You have a strong aptitude for product sales, consumer engagement, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- You confidently make bold, strategic recommendations that drive product sales and consistently increase basket size.
- You excel at identifying opportunities to upsell (try-3 products), creating compelling product recommendations across product categories that maximize Community Member satisfaction and boost overall sales performance.
- You bring a competitive drive balanced with a positive, team oriented attitude.
- You have a proven track record of driving results, achieving KPIs and inspiring team success.
- You are able to have a flexible work schedule with availability on mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; hours will vary based on business needs.
- You are available during the vacation black out period between November 15-January 15.
- You have earned your high school diploma.
- You have a minimum of a high school education.
