Job Summary
Seasonal Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash via POS, and performing store and food-preparation duties across a travel plaza environment. Roles include assisting customers, stocking and cleaning, wrapping/labeling products, ensuring food safety procedures, and supporting kitchen tasks. Flexible scheduling during peak seasons (April–September) with opportunities for both part-time and full-time shifts, plus benefits such as meal discounts and earned wage access. Prior cashier or customer-service experience preferred; ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. EO E and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Customer service/cash handling experience preferred
