Job Summary
Conduct preventive health checkups by performing small blood collections, measuring vital signs, and managing multiple patient stations while maintaining high customer service standards. Assist with clinic setup and takedown, enter patient data into the EMR system, and connect patients with a Nurse Practitioner via video conference. Determine immediate care needs and ensure all clinical procedures are followed accurately. Travel overnight between Sunday and Friday within a 100-mile radius, operating company vans and rental cars while adhering to strict punctuality and confidentiality protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered LPN or LVN in State of California for the duration of the seasonal assignment
- Strong customer service interaction skills
- Schedule availability to work and travel overnight Sunday - Friday each week, consecutively
- Ability to routinely report to work from 6:00am - 3:00pm, with occasional shifts that begin earlier or end later
- Punctuality
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients simultaneously
- Ability to follow proper clinical process/procedure at all times
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from clinic events within a 100-mile radius
- Valid state drivers license
- REAL ID
- Clear driving history
- At least 21 years of age
- REAL ID-compliant driver's license, a state-issued Enhanced Driver's License (EDL), or a U.S. passport
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality (patient medical information)
- Ability to get along/work well with our employees, clients and patients
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop and kneel for extended periods of time throughout the day
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds regularly
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare/clinical setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish
