Seasonal Tax Expert - In-Store

Seasonal Tax Expert – Retail On-Site at Intuit TurboTax locations across the United States. Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to TurboTax clients in-person and virtually; build local client relationships, lead community outreach and events, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the local market. Leverage TurboTax marketing support and tax software to deliver accurate solutions, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and nurture long-term client loyalty. Key duties include proactive outreach, contributing to local events, client discovery sessions, deductions optimization, and tax planning, with strong emphasis on customer service, collaboration, and adaptability. Must have an active credential (EA, CPA, or Attorney) with PTIN, 3+ years of tax prep experience, familiarity with Circular 230, and be able to work a flexible 25–34 hour weekly schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
