Seasonal Tax Expert – Retail On-Site at a TurboTax location in Dallas, TX. Serve as a proactive community ambassador delivering hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, both in-person and virtually, leveraging government and software resources to optimize deductions and refunds. Lead local events, engage prospects, and help build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing support. Requires knowledge of tax laws, familiarity with Circular 230, and ability to work a flexible 25–34 hour weekly schedule including evenings and weekends; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must reside in the United States and hold or be able to obtain required state licenses or permits; active PTIN required.
