Job Summary
As a Seasonal Tasting Room Associate, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the winery, assisting them with wine selection and purchases, while also managing wine club orders and event support. Key responsibilities include operating POS systems, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, a minimum of two years in customer service, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will also need a MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Food Handler’s Permit
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Must be flexible and available to work varied hours, including weekends
- History of responsible use of alcohol
