Seasonal Tasting Room Associate - BV

Beaulieu Vineyard seeks a Seasonal Tasting Room Associate to host wine tastings and tours, deliver world-class customer service, assist with events and wine club promotions, restock and maintain floor appearance, and support retail operations. Ideal candidates have retail sales or hospitality experience, strong presentation and communication skills, a positive, energetic demeanor, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role requires weekend (Fri–Sun), some holidays, and evening work in Rutherford, CA, with an hourly pay range of $22-$24 plus DSIP/incentive opportunities; on-target earnings estimated at $24.33–$26.97/hour. Must be 21+ and knowledgeable about wine and the Napa wine industry. This is a seasonal, part-time position with Beaulieu Vineyard in Napa Valley.
