Job Summary
Lead school-aged youth in activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts; ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety of all Club Members; act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 5–18; contribute to a fun, safe, and positive summer experience in Estes Park. Requires the ability to engage with Club Members, maintain a positive and motivating presence, and manage behavior issues. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Must be able to pass criminal/driving record checks and references. This is a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time position in which the pay rate is $19/hour with an end date of July 31, 2026. A return bonus may apply for eligible staff who complete the summer program or meet specified conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Specialized Skills: Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, secure personal information and comply with mandated reporting requirements.
- Candidates must be able to pass a criminal/driving records investigation and reference checks.
