Job Summary
Greet customers, provide general assistance, and maintain store appearance by replenishing inventory and following visual presentation standards. Bag purchases at the register and comply with all store policies and directives from management. Support store productivity during peak, high-volume holiday periods as identified by leadership. Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 40 pounds and performing physical duties like standing, walking, and climbing ladders. Work flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts (e.g. Black Friday)
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
