Job Summary
Seasonal Stock Associate at Huk supporting store operations during peak season. Responsibilities include receiving and unpacking shipments, preparing products for display (steaming, folding, hanging), sorting and organizing merchandise by product categories, determining placement between the sales floor and stockroom based on inventory and store needs, maintaining a clean and accessible stockroom, replenishing the sales floor to ensure product availability and presentation standards, collaborating with management to prioritize tasks, following company policies and safety procedures, and assisting with physical inventory counting. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communication and teamwork, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or stockroom experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of retail inventory processes
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, and walking
- Ability to use ladders or step stools as needed
