Job Summary
Consult with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop creative sourcing strategies through online social networking, job boards, and community involvement. Recruit, screen, evaluate, and onboard qualified candidates while conducting behavioral interviews and competency-based assessments. Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, manage candidate preparation, and conduct post-interview debriefs. Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions via telephone, Tempworks software, and email, while tracking compliance across all onboarding facets. Work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime and weekend availability. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, a valid driver's license, and one year of staffing experience.
