Job Summary
Consult with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop creative sourcing strategies through online networks, job boards, and local media. Recruit, screen, evaluate, and onboard qualified candidates while conducting behavioral interviews and competency-based assessments. Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, manage candidate preparation, and conduct debriefs. Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions via telephone, Tempworks software, and email. Elevate employee relation concerns to Branch Manager or Human Resources, including harassment and discrimination claims. Track compliance throughout onboarding, administer exit interviews, and conduct new employee orientations. Serve as a resource for general benefit questions and assist with open enrollment.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid Driver's License
- One year experience in the Staffing industry
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
