Job Summary
Seasonal Sr. Housekeeper responsible for professionally cleaning Vacasa properties, mentoring and training housekeeping staff, performing inspections, and maintaining guest-ready homes. Duties include identifying damages and creating maintenance tickets, providing cross-coverage for managers, collaborating with local management, meeting housekeeping metrics, stocking consumables, maintaining hot tubs, and performing touch-up cleans. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds. On-site role based in North Myrtle Beach, SC, with on-site training and opportunities to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
