Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and customer inquiries while managing outgoing callbacks and accounts receivable. Meet and greet customers in person or over the phone to assess rental needs, provide directions, and process check-ins, returns, and exit kiosk transactions. Assist with vehicle condition assessments, notify management of maintenance issues, and perform administrative tasks such as billing support and report generation. Clean vehicles as needed and sell optional protection products or upgrades. This seasonal role at the Spartanburg branch offers a starting rate of $15/hour for up to 120 days, ending November 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- This is a seasonal position and you may work up to 120 working days during the defined season
