Job Summary
Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while resolving issues for customers, branches, insurance companies, and vendors. Manage outgoing callbacks, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous assignments. Provide high-level in-person and phone customer service by meeting guests, offering directions, assessing rental conditions, and processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions. Effectively market the brand during customer pickups and drop-offs, communicate rental terms and vehicle features, and sell optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. Notify management of vehicle problems and perform administrative tasks including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation. Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed. Start date on or after July 1, 2026; seasonal duration up to 180 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
- Leadership experience could include experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics or military service
- Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have a valid US drivers license
- Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security
- This is a seasonal position and you may work up to 180 working days during the defined season
