Job Summary
Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries while managing outgoing callbacks and accounts receivable. Meet and greet customers in person or over the phone to assess rental needs, provide directions, and process check-ins, returns, and exit kiosk transactions. Assist with vehicle condition assessments, notify management of maintenance issues, and clean interiors and exteriors as needed. Perform administrative tasks including billing support, report generation, and key logs. May sell optional protection products, upgrades, and fuel options. This seasonal role at the Greer branch requires a valid driver's license and up to 120 days of work ending November 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be available to work up to 120 working days during the defined season
