Job Summary
Seasonal Operations Specialist located in Crookston, MN performing general labor and facility operations tasks during peak season. Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds and facility maintenance, weighing and dumping trucks, preparing them for loading/unloading, assisting with inventory handling, operating equipment for loading/unloading agricultural inputs, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and providing courteous service to customers. Must be able to work extended hours during peak season (Mon-Sat, 12+ hour days) in an outdoor environment, with duties spanning equipment operation (loaders, conveyors, tractors, track mobile), forklift use, and routine maintenance such as lubrication, inspections, and record-keeping. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused and capable of adapting to a fast-paced setting and complying with company policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Agriculture experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
