Job Summary
Coordinate Special Events and Leisure Experience operations, including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check system status for lighting, AV, and cleanliness; correct aesthetic deficiencies. Monitor and assist with employee training; resolve financial and inventory discrepancies. Learn and operate ticketing, retail, and inventory software systems. Follow company policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; maintain guest service standards. Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

- No supervisory experience
