Job Summary
Conduct customer service for exhibits and shows by assisting guests, selling tickets, and operating cash registers and POS systems. Manage retail displays, process cash deposits, and answer guest inquiries via phone or electronically while directing visitors to proper locations. Maintain professional appearance, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold company policies and confidentiality standards. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
