Seasonal Skilled Winery Worker - WillaKenzie Estate

Harvest internship with WillaKenzie Estate under the Winemaker; perform a broad range of winemaking duties from vineyard sampling to filling barrels, operate sorting equipment and presses, manage fermentation, rack juice and wine, and drive a forklift. Work in a team environment following safe cellar practices; participate in all harvest activities and other duties as assigned. Requires 2+ prior harvests or cellar experience, forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective English communication; must be able to work varying shifts and overtime. Location: McMinnville, Oregon. Wage transparency shows base pay $23.50–$26.00 per hour, with compensation determined by experience, skills, and location.
