Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers with product location and solutions, and execute fast, friendly checkouts. Complete truck unloading, merchandise stocking, and planogram maintenance while ensuring store recovery standards are met. Engage customers on Rewards program benefits, complete enrollments, and assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Perform Store In Stock Optimization, shrink and safety program duties, and maintain compliance with SOPs. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- At least sixteen (16) years or older
Desired Qualifications
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
