Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers with product location and solutions, and execute fast checkouts while promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance to ensure store recovery standards, including merchandise returns and Store In Stock Optimization. Engage customers on Voice of Customer surveys, support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety programs while maintaining a positive, respectful image in a public retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least sixteen (16) years or older
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
- Ability to interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Ability to remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations
- Ability to project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
