Job Summary
Seasonal Server at Cecconi's Dumbo, responsible for understanding and educating members/guests on menu items and allergens, delivering an elevated dining experience per Soho House Standards, entering orders into POS, collaborating with FOH/BOH, completing pre/post-service duties, and supporting guest requests. Maintains professional relationships, upsells through menu knowledge, communicates allergens to management/Executive Chef, and adheres to health, safety, and company policies while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requires 2+ years’ experience, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and customer-service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
- Tips certified and POS knowledge
