Seasonal Server Assistant

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while setting tables according to service standards. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability. Record transactions in the MICROS system and present accurate checks to guests. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glass throughout the day, then complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights. Follow all safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank them with genuine appreciation. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
