Seasonal Security Team Leader

Seasonal, part-time Security Team Leader overseeing staffing during daily park operations, enforcing policies and procedures, leading by example, and ensuring guest safety. Responsibilities include staff scheduling and morale, reporting concerns to the Security Manager, maintaining knowledge of park rules and security policies, assisting in staff training, patrolling the park, handling transport-box logistics, responding to distress or emergency calls, reuniting lost guests, monitoring breaks, and supporting incident documentation. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid PA driver’s license, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work long hours, and the ability to stay calm under pressure; starting pay is $13.00/hour.
