Seasonal Security Officer: Full-Time, Worcester

Monitor security cameras and patrol assigned premises to detect suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards. Enforce access control policies by checking identification, issuing visitor passes, and restricting entry to authorized personnel only. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, including medical emergencies or criminal activity, and report breaches to law enforcement as needed. Document all incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns in clear, accurate reports. Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to check entrances, parking lots, and perimeters for unlocked doors or tampered gates. Greet and assist visitors or employees with inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor. Handle minor disputes using conflict resolution skills to maintain a calm environment. Work closely with other security staff and emergency responders to coordinate efforts. This seasonal role runs from August 31 to December 31, with shifts from Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
