Seasonal Security Guard

Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the store to deter theft and promote a safe shopping environment. Monitor customer and employee activity while identifying potential security concerns, responding professionally to theft, disturbances, emergencies, and other incidents in accordance with company policies. Partner with store leadership to help reduce inventory shrink and protect company assets by monitoring entrances, exits, fitting rooms, and other high-risk areas. Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner while supporting crowd management during high-volume periods, events, and product launches. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting when appropriate. Maintain effective communication with store leadership and other team members. Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Valid Guard Card (if required by state regulations) preferred.
