Job Summary
Travel to schools across the Terrace/Kitimat area to photograph students from K-Grade 12 during peak season from September through November. Set up and operate professional photography equipment while interacting with students and school staff in a warm, upbeat manner. Represent Mountain West Studios with enthusiasm, utilizing provided gear and comprehensive training. This seasonal role requires a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check. Candidates must be comfortable working with children and standing for long periods. Only local applicants available for in-person training and interviews will be considered for this fall 2026 position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (no "L" licenses) and a reliable personal vehicle
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Comfort working with children and school staff
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for long periods
- Only local applicants in the Kitimat/Terrace area
- Available for in-person training and interviews
