Job Summary
Build and audit unit schedules for Backroads trips, ensuring optimal guest experience and efficient equipment movement. Partner with Regional Managers to assign Trip Leaders and schedule Field Staff for drives, trainings, and travel days while addressing enrollment changes and cancellations. Own all scheduling communications, resolving dropped schedules and updating loads via ATLAS and email with clarity and empathy. Support the Scheduling Team through training, guidance, and monthly audits to maintain schedule quality. This seasonal role supports the 2027 season for the Utrecht location, requiring EU work authorization and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- You must have work authorization within the location you are applying
- The ideal candidate has Trip Leader or TPS experience
- Backroads experience
- Any amount of Backroads field experience
- H&T or FE experience is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
