Job Summary
Welcome clients, ensure the hospitality area is stocked and clean, and assist with engraving, floor waiting lists, and POS functions after purchase decisions. Lead the floor waiting list if applicable, communicate service issues to management, and support the sales and operations teams with inventory, after-sales servicing, and special projects. Maintain neat sales floor areas and replenish gifting supplies. This seasonal role at Tiffany & Co. requires working non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on embodying the brand during the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Client service skills
- the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks
- Capability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in Canada
