Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Lead at Huk Gear in Rehoboth Beach. Drive store success through exceptional customer service, merchandising and visual presentation, inventory management, and training/mentoring new team members. Supports opening/closing per policy, helps achieve sales targets, and assists in daily operations with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, 1+ year retail experience preferred, strong communication and multitasking abilities, cash register operation proficiency, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Part-time seasonal role with shifts 4–8 hours, daytime/evening availability, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a key holder or supervisory role is a plus.
