Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Executes visual directives to uphold company standards and completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner. Actively participates in store contests and events to support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals. Supports digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store. Upholds loss prevention policies and communicates violations directly to leadership. Works part-time between 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders as needed
- Must be regularly required to talk or hear
- Must be able to frequently sit

- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel
