Job Summary
Greet customers promptly and courteously, offering personalized product recommendations and current brand knowledge while communicating sustainability initiatives. Address all customer questions accurately, manage the cash register, and handle money securely. Check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandize items according to Visual Merchandising standards. Maintain a clean back-stock and break area, including daily vacuuming and sweeping. Respond to theft incidents per policy and adhere to the dress code in all interactions. Operate in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking to achieve business goals while reporting on time and notifying management of absences.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
- Highly motivated team player and self-starter
