Seasonal Sales Associate for Trek DOTS program focused on delivering exceptional hospitality while guiding customers through cycling goals. Responsibilities include helping customers choose bikes and accessories, following the Guide Sales Process, managing quotes and lead communications, supporting daily merchandising and store tasks, assembling or pre-assembling bicycles, and prepping customer bikes for service.
