Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate at Knix in Milton, ON: Deliver warm, inclusive customer experiences and personalized product guidance to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Actively listen to customers, guide them to Knix products, and help achieve KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT). Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product assortment, support visual standards and store operations, and escalate issues to the Manager on Duty. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with physical duties such as lifting up to 25lbs. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus; 18+ work authorization in Canada required. End date: September 11, 2026. Salary: $19.70/hour.
