Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate duties include greeting and thanking customers, using knowledgeable selling techniques, maintaining a neat and organized store, and supporting price changes and display resets. The role requires staying informed about CBC policies, product lines, promotions, and fashion trends in western wear, as well as assisting customers with product inquiries, exchanges, and general store tasks. Key responsibilities also include stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate display and signage, and contributing to store goals (ADS/UPT/contests) with a friendly, low-pressure service approach.
