Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Executes all assigned tasks, including visual directives, to uphold company standards and ensure a safe shopping environment. Actively participates in store contests and events to support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals, while also executing digital sales strategies like ship-from-store and BOPIS. Handles escalated customer situations in compliance with policy and partners with leadership when necessary. This part-time role requires 20–40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Candidates must be passionate about fashion, proficient in math and computer skills, and able to lift up to 35 pounds.

- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
