Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting in selection and purchase of jewelry, entering guest data into POS, presenting jewelry from stock, repairing/polishing/soldering jewelry, utilizing the GUESTS program, providing product information, boxing/wrapping for gift presentation, achieving individual KPIs, assisting management with store KPIs and standards, daily housekeeping and maintenance, and attending required meetings. Requires strong communication, organizational, time-management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; enthusiastic and team-oriented; preferred prior retail or guest service experience.
Required Qualifications

- Good organizational skills and time management
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technology
- Possess strong problem diagnosis skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and contributes to a positive team spirit
- Previous retail sales or guest service experience (preferred)
