Job Summary
The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's commitment to a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include generating sales, supporting crew development by training new associates, and maintaining operations and merchandising standards. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Associates must be outgoing and customer-focused, with a passion for the vineyard vines brand.
