Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive customer experience by focusing on full-price selling, executing visual directives, and maintaining store cleanliness. Handles escalated situations in compliance with policy, shares customer feedback with leadership, and actively participates in store contests to support sales and operational goals. Executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS, while reflecting the brand through adherence to appearance guidelines and core values. Works part-time between 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
