Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and maintaining visual standards. Handles escalated customer situations in compliance with policy, completes assigned tasks efficiently, and executes digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS. Actively participates in store contests, stays current on financial goals, and shares customer feedback to improve the overall experience. Upholds all company policies, loss prevention protocols, and safety procedures while supporting the leadership team in achieving operational targets. Works part-time hours between 20–40 weeks, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
