Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate for Lakeshore during peak back-to-school season. Part-time role through September 26, 2026, with potential extension to a core team. Provide excellent customer service, promote learning products, assist with merchandising and store displays, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and support onboarding and training of new staff. Leverage product knowledge to recommend features and benefits, contribute to store and team goals, and foster customer loyalty in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Part-time availability including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with cash register/POS systems is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak season
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds
- Frequent standing for extended periods
- Ability to work varied hours including holidays as needed
- Onboarding new employees and contributing to training programs
