Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and drive sales at the Norwich, VT flagship location during peak seasons from mid-August through November. Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions while assisting with merchandise displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and building rapport to foster repeat business and meet monthly sales targets. Work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail and cafe environment, adhering to all safety and workplace regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or related field
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift to 25lbs
- Footwear must be closed-toed, non-slip shoes
- Socks must be worn
- Long pants, skirt or shorts
