Job Summary
Seasonal Sales Associate III at Kate Spade New York provides styling guidance and customer engagement to help guests select products that fit their aesthetic, demonstrates brand knowledge across categories, and supports seamless checkout and stockroom operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to needs, suggesting complete looks, driving sales through storytelling, maintaining stockroom organization, handling POS transactions, and contributing to a positive in-store experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic days, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. This is a seasonal position through Aug 29, 2026 (or sooner per business needs).
Required Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally)
