Seasonal Sales Associate

Seasonal Sales Associate at Hot Topic responsible for delivering an amazing in-store experience. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge on music and pop culture, stocking and replenishing products, merchandising the store to be visually appealing, processing sales transactions at the register with opportunities for add-on sales (BOPIS and curbside pickup), assisting with planogram changes and store layout, communicating fashion and music trends to management, preventing theft, keeping the stock room organized, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
